A family bowling center, one strike at a time
The lanes have been resurfaced, the pinsetters rebuilt, and the snack bar has poured a lot of sodas — but the mission hasn't changed since day one: a clean, friendly, all-ages place to bowl. Here's how six decades came together.
Grand opening — 24 AMF lanes
Westbrook Lanes opens on Creek Road in Brooklawn with 24 brand-new AMF lanes and automatic pinsetters. The original 1966 company letterhead still survives — see it below.

Grown to 42 lanes
As leagues and league nights filled the house, the center expanded from its original 24 lanes to the 42 lanes bowlers roll on today — one of South Jersey's larger family houses.
